Ridley's Fish & Game venison is local, fully-traceable, fresh, prepared and butchered by ourselves at our unit in Acomb, near Hexham, Northumberland. Our Venison is truly local roe deer from the immediate area.
That's why we won a three star gold award last year for our Venison Striploin and hope to follow it up with something this year. The entries are now being taken for the Taste Awards and we are choosing our products to send away.
